Keetanomo Bay : A prison Floating Isle that was created, once a beautiful ocean getaway but has since been converted to a pirate-ridden isle. A giant angry purple octopus grips this floating isle as he is mad that his island home has been turned into a barbed wire enclosed prison. Palm trees, sand and vines cover this floating isle with a big ocean on the other half. A pirate ship shoots cannonballs at the racers, and seagulls and pelicans squawk overhead in the blistering sun and loud ocean waves.
